The map was just GM_Construct. Scattered on the grass area were several contraptions , probably made by the 2 players on the server. Talking about those 2 players, I didn't see them at all.

Description It started as a map where you could press buttons to spawn certain props (before the spawnmenu existed). It progressed from a grassy square, to a completely white square, to what we have today. This addon contains every major gm_construct version, including GMod 12's version.
